Discounts up to $2000 available bringing the price down to $16,500

Please read the included list carefully, because we would rather include most things rather than add them on at the end with a surprise bill.  There are alot of extras included.

DEPOSIT SCHEDULE
  

         
A $3000 non-refundable deposit fee by check made out to Stone Tavern Farm will hold the farm for your big weekend.    The balance is dIvided by the remaining months in equal payments.   The final balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding date. Paying the non refundable deposits is an aknowledgement and acceptance of our refund policies.  An insurance policy needs to be purchased for $1,000,000 listing Stone Tavern Farm as other insured.  We recommend Markel Insurance at www.Markelinsuresfun.com/products/event .  This only costs $175 and covers you for the whole weekend with B.Y.O.B.

You may hold a date for 10 days for $500.  These are all non refundable deposits, if you choose not to have your wedding here for any reason.  Please do not ask for your deposit money back.  All wedding costs will have an 8% NY sales tax added.

CANCELLATION

Lessee may cancel this Agreement at any time up to 365 days prior to the Event Date by providing written notice of such election to Lessor, at a cost of $3,000 to Lessee. If Lessee shall elect to so cancel this agreement between 1 and 365 days prior to the Event Date, Lessee will be charged 100% of the Rental Cost and any expenses incurred in good faith by Lessor in preparation for Lessee’s use of the Facility.  If we can resell the weekend for you, we will refund the amount that we resell it for minus the $3,000 deposit fee.

$30hr up to 3 kids age 3 and older OR 1 child at a time for under 3 years old
Hours must be scheduled in advance and prepaid with no refunds.  If hours must be added then it will be $45hr.  There is definitely no refunds for no shows or shortened hours for any reason.  All babysitting will be on the farm in the home and around the house of the owner of Stone Tavern Farm.  Obviously babysitting is less expensive at your home.  We can not recommend outside sitters due to legal reasons.  We recommend bringing babysitters with you but we are here if other options do not work out.
