DAILY CHOICES
Each choice begins in the barn. The kids learn to feed, pick, groom, and tack. Then they head out for lessons and then return back to the barn where they put everything away.
1. Pony Club
Ages 4-7
Pony Club camp is for boys and girls who are not big enough to ride by themselves but still want to be around horses and a farm atmosphere. The children feed the chickens and the pigs every day. They learn how to groom their pony and then go for pony rides.
2. Beginner english
Ages 6-11
The beginner english camp is for boys and girls who want to get acquainted with horses and learn to ride. The rider pair up with a partner and a horse. They learn how to groom the horse and then tack the horse before their lesson. after their lesson they return to the barn and put everything away.
3. Advanced english
Ages 9-17
The advance english camp is for older riders and who want to take it to the next level.
4. Western Ring
Ages 6-17
This is a really fun camp because you not only learn to ride Western but there are a lot of games and competitions such as pole bending and barrel racing.
5. Western Trail
Ages 10-17
The name says it all. This camp gets to explore the 400 acres of Stone Tavern Farm by horseback.

3. OVERNIGHT CAMPS
This is for girls ages 8-17 and boys ages 9-13 . This is limited to 9 per week. The girls will be staying in a cabin that has bunk beds, bathroom, small kitchen, and a lounge area with TV for rainy nights. The boys stay on the in our bunkhouse cabin. The barn offers additional bathroom and shower facilities for that extra comfort. Your mornings begin with bringing the horses in from the field and feeding them. Breakfast is next and then out to the barn for the day. Evenings are spent horsing around, hanging in the barn, open ride time in the ring and evening trail rides.

WEEKEND OVERNIGHT CAMPS
This is for girls ages 8-17 and are limited to 6 each weekend. Plenty of trail rides on the weekends and open ride times in the ring plus many other special events to enjoy.

OVERNIGHT SHOW CAMPS
This is for girls only and is limited to 9 each week so register early.
TRI VALLEY HORSE SHOW
We are attending the Western gymkhana show this year. This will be our 3rd time in this competition and should be a lot of fun. This will have several timed events such as barrel racing, pole bending and other fun events.
DELAWARE COUNTY FAIR CAMP
This is our biggest camp, packed full of horse riding and horse adventures. It is a 12 night camp and not only includes the Delaware County Fair horse show and all of the training in preparation for the show but also includes a trip to JP's tack shop with $100 cash to spend, dinner at the first class Point Overlook restaurant or the evening at the Celtic Festival at Hunter mtn.., spend 1 night on the fair grounds in a large tent the night before the show, a Stone Tavern t-shirt, a 8x10 team photo, a full night of riding the rides at the fair and to top that off, all the carnival food they can eat.
MEALS
Children order meals from a 30 item large menu full of healthy choices as well as kid favorites. Meals are delivered from local restaurants.
NIGHT TIME
Almost every evening is finished by cooking smores over a campfire before turning in at 10pm. The girls stay in a cabin with bunk beds. A counselor or two (college females)spends the night
DEPOSITS
$100 non-refundable for Day camp
$200 non-refundable for Night camp
$300 non-refundable for Fair camps
All balances are due before camp begins. We accept cash, checks, master card, visa or payment plan listed below.
12 month Payment Plan
All previous customers are approved without any credit check at all. Simply pay the deposit and the remainder is spread over the next year. Simply pay it off however you like in 12 months
The interest rate is 1.5% per month.
Multiple week customers simply multiply by the number of weeks.
Day Camp $100 deposit. and 12 months to pay
Overnight Camp $200 deposit and 12 months to pay
Fair Camps $300 deposit and balance in 12 months

Leslie Ann Ernst
Advanced English Instructor
2005 graduate of SUNY Cobleskill with a bachelors degree in Agricultural Business Management. Extensive experience with hunters and hunt seat equitation at the local and rated levels of showing. She was also a member of Cobleskills Intercolligiete Equestrian Team. Chairman of the Open Hunt Seat show at the Delaware County Fair for the past 3 years. She is ready to take our advanced riders to the next level.
Ashley Wagner
Advanced Trail Guide for Stone Tavern Farm for 6 years. She took off to South Carolina last year but she is coming back in June to take you up into the Catskills. She is very popular so come and go for a ride.
Nevada Schuman
Nevada has been involved with the farm from time to time beginning as a camper many years ago. She will be returning as a very popular overnight counselor.
